Orphaned project Wonderart Rainbow Sprial Latch Hook Kit

This super soft (almost too soft) latch hook has been started by a courageous fellow but sadly was too much to bear and was abandoned :( this is obviously a very sad reality for this poor latch hook, and it desperately needs some TLC. While it does not include pattern or hook, you could very easily use for parts or come up with your own spectacular design! (I believe in you!)
