Refund policy

TLDR: As a secondhand store, we cannot offer refunds or returns. All items are final sale. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Longer version:
Our shop values sustainability, and curates secondhand - sometimes unique or vintage and/or antique - items. Of course, this means that these items are not new, and each has a history, and many have "wrinkles" (minor wear/tear, fading, etc.) to show for it, but each item is ready for you to enjoy!

In fact, we inspect items at least 6 times!
1. When we receive it
2. When we list it
3. When we take pictures
4. When we add it to our inventory
5. When we pull it from inventory upon purchase
6. When we wrap and ship it
PS - We offer combined shipping!

We encourage you to look at all photos carefully as they are part of the description and show the condition and quality of the item. If you need any further info, please reach out prior to purchase. We usually respond within a few hours.

As a small shop working with unique secondhand items, we (unfortunately) cannot and do not accept returns. We also don't have the ability to offer refunds or exchanges on any item.
